This is the privacy policy for Average 5 Digital Marketing (operating as AVER5GE Studio), based in Sheikh Zayed City, Giza, Egypt. It covers how the website at average5.com handles your data.

What we collect

When you fill the contact form, the Build Your 5 configurator, or send us a message via the integrated chat, we collect:

• The information you submit (name, email, brand name, budget range, project brief).
• Basic technical metadata: country code (from your IP, not the IP itself), browser user-agent, the page that referred you, and UTM tags from the link you clicked.
• Analytics events (page views, scroll depth, CTA clicks) via Google Analytics 4. These are anonymous and aggregated.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your brief or question.
• To understand which parts of the site convert visitors into leads, so we can keep the site honest and useful.
• To prevent spam and abuse.

Where it goes

Lead submissions are stored in Cloudflare KV (our hosting platform's key-value store, EU/US region) and emailed to hello@avrg5.com via MailChannels. We do not sell, share, or trade this data with any third party.

Analytics flow to Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd, EU servers).

How long we keep it

Lead submissions are kept indefinitely so we have a record of who we've talked to. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@avrg5.com with the subject line "Delete my data" — we'll do it within 7 days and confirm.

Cookies

This site uses one first-party cookie (theme preference) and Google Analytics' cookies (_ga, _ga_*). No advertising or tracking cookies from third parties. No cross-site tracking.

Your rights

Under Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151/2020 and (where applicable) GDPR, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what we have on file about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete it.
• Stop processing it.
